You know your market and your clients. We build the AI software behind it - the platform, the engineering, the security - and run it with you. You own everything we build.

Buy a quick AI tool and you get speed - plus leaked data, no controls, and a bill that grows every month.
Buy from a traditional vendor and you get safety on paper - plus lock-in, slow changes and high costs.
There is a third way. You already have the expertise and the clients. We put the AI, the engineering and the security behind you - and you own the result.
One place to run everything: your AI agents, your requirements, your deployments. You say what you want built; the platform organises the work and records every decision so it stays auditable and yours. It runs inside your own environment.
Our engineers sit with your team, learn how the business really runs, and build with you. Not an outsourced contract at arm’s length - people in the room who answer for what ships.
Built with industry leaders on our own stack and our own team - and still co-operated by us today.
Built with partners under their own brand, or still under wraps.

You bring the expertise. We bring the machine that turns it into software, and the team that runs it with you.
You already own the knowledge, the client relationships and the service. It just isn't productized. We turn the delivery you repeat every month into software you own - and automate the process work around it.
Two decades of judgment living in your head, your spreadsheets and your inbox. We encode it into agents and tools that apply it at scale, with your name on the IP.
Healthcare, finance, public sector, defence. You can't vibe-code a system that has to pass an audit. Every decision is documented, every agent action logged, compliance built in from the first sprint.
Legal, accounting, engineering, logistics, marine. High-margin work trapped in manual process. We rebuild the operation as your own vertical software - no per-seat licence, no token meter.
Operators and builders inside a company who can see the AI-native version of it and can't get it out of a slide deck. We give you a working system fast enough to prove the case - and one you keep when it works.
You can open any door in your industry and you know exactly what the market would buy - you just have nothing to sell that's yours. You bring the demand and the distribution; we build the product behind it and you own it.
Most AI vendors rent you their model. Your data makes it better, their usage bill eats your margin, and compliance lands on you. We do the opposite.
Your data and your way of working stay in your environment, under your keys. Never used to train a model.
Code, models and infrastructure are yours. Swap the AI model any time - cloud or on your own hardware.
Monitoring, pentests, ISO 27001 and GDPR alignment ship with the build - not a checklist at the end.
Real engineers in the room, not a contract. In venture mode we invest our own engineering time.
Software companies are not built on service-business plumbing. Your data, permissions and decision rights need rebuilding before software can act on them safely. We map yours and hand you the blueprint: the uplift, the human-AI split, the timeline.
Replace most of your internal software with tools and AI agents that belong to you - running on your infrastructure, with no per-use meter, keeping your data and know-how as an advantage nobody can rent out from under you.
The important decisions stay with your team. Your people approve what the AI proposes instead of doing the work by hand - so a small team runs a much bigger operation.
The company runs itself in the background. The same team serves more, without adding headcount.
Every question you send to a vendor’s cloud is your own know-how, billed by the use. Run it yourself: the cost drops, the platform fee disappears, and the knowledge stays in-house.
We use these to build your products and your company AI-first - protecting your data, holding up in tough environments, and beating the competition.

A wrapper resells someone else's model and keeps you on their meter. We hand over the code, the infrastructure and the model layer - you can swap Anthropic for a local model on a Tuesday and nothing breaks. If we disappeared tomorrow, your system keeps running. That's the whole test.
Nothing, and some clients should. It takes a platform team, a security function and 12–18 months of learning what not to do. We arrive with that already built and paid for. If you already have a strong platform team, we'd rather sell you the platform than the project.
Because the code isn't the artifact - the requirement, blueprint and work order that produced it are. Venture OS is both the guiding framework and the tool: it enforces that every module traces back to a written intent and a test, so when something needs to change you change the intent and regenerate, instead of doing archaeology on a prompt someone typed nine months ago. And the platform doesn't run itself - our forward-deployed builders operate it with your team, so the standard holds after handover.
Then it doesn't. Deployment runs in your cloud, your on-prem or a sovereign EU region, with your keys. Nothing you give us is used to train a model, and the audit log shows every place data was touched. This constraint is the reason the architecture looks the way it does.
It will, sometimes - which is why no agent action ships on its own. Gates are human-approved, tests run against the original requirement, and every decision has an owner and a timestamp. You're not betting on the model being right; you're betting on catching it when it isn't.
It's a fraction of the internal software it replaces, and the cost curve flattens instead of scaling with usage - no per-seat licence, no token bill that grows with your success. We'll show you the unit economics before you commit. If the numbers don't work, we'll say so.
You do - code, models, prompts, documentation, runbooks. In venture mode we take equity instead of margin, so our incentive is that the thing still works after we leave. No escrow games, no licensed core you can't touch.
Handover is a deliverable, not a goodwill gesture: documented architecture, runbooks, tests and a trained operator on your side. We stay on as support if you want us. The measure of the engagement is whether you'd be fine if we didn't.
